Site Development - Commercial Infrastructure

Our site development division has completed hundreds of projects in the past 10 years ranging from road work, land clearing, commercial and residential construction and recently, the construction of a 58 acre commercial horse track and training facility. The stables will house up to 92 horses, has  20 paddocks, two training tracks and a 900 metre straight track.

Typically, site development services in which we specialize are; land clearing, site preparation, including mass earthwork, detention/retention development, building sub-grade, pad preparation, asphalt, concrete work and fine grading for landscape installation. We also install all underground utilities components such as sanitary sewer, lift stations, force mains, storm drainage, potable water and fire mains.

Whether it is either golf course or commercial infrastructure, Total Golf Construction has the experience and equipment to handle all such work in-house, without having to sub-contract to outside vendors - Thus offering a huge benefit to the construction timetables and continuity of project responsibility.
